This was our second time here. We ate at The Hydro Grill 4 years ago on our last vacation to Callastoga, Ca. It was our favorite place then and it was our favorite place this time as well. The food was great! The drinks were well prepared. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable.

Casual bar and grill type of place. I do recommend their “burger contest winner” hamburger. Fries were crisp and fresh. Wife loved her Mac & Cheese & Bacon. The roasted nuts appetizer was a good start also.

Wonderful place to casually dine in Calistoga. MNy choices are available on the menu and whatever you choose, it's very good. Wonderful staff too!
