It’s incredibly rare that I review an establishment or go out of my way to leave a bad review ..but it’s important that 7 eleven knows what kind of employees it hires . As I can see by other reviews here ..most people are complaining about the same employee. The heavy set woman working afternoon of 12/11/2021 is as rude as can get . I have had multiple experiences with her but today took the cake.I try my best to stay courteous , but she is dismissive combative and not helpful. The last straw was my experience today in which she decided to take her time before starting my transaction doing other things she felt was more important , she then proceeded to leave my items(multiple of them) after the transaction on the table . I kindly asked for a bag , she rolled her eyes and literally threw the bag at me . I asked her to bag my items as she would do any other customer and decided to ask her what her issue is . I feared her issue could be with what I looked like, but as I can see by the other reviews ..she’s simply just a terrible person . My message to corporate or the owner of this franchise Be kind and at worst be neutral , you don’t know what anyone is going through . I got every emotional at her behavior because it’s been repetitive and disheartening and also uncalled for

If I could give this place no stars I would.. I went to purchase a product that this morning the product had a price listed. Is the manager samira said no that's not the price I said well you have to honor she said no I don't. She always has a bad attitude. It seems every time I go in there she's sitting down and eating. I do not recommend this place at all they do not take pride they actually they don't care they are bad for the 711 image. I have an unvideo and I will be posting it

I've been here about ten times now, and the woman who works here has had an attitude with me every single time for no reason, making snarky remarks. Not a very welcoming experience. Will drive further from now on to go somewhere else.

Terrible, had items delivered. They ignored my request and gave what they wanted. For example order Cherty Coke got Orange Vanilla and Pepsi Mango. I would NEVER drink Orange/vanilla or Mango. Other items were also all wrong!
