I've been renting units going on 2 years now with this facility, and have had some unforeseen instances arise that caused me to fall behind in paying when payments were due. Though there were late fees understandably added, they remained in contact with me and patiently waited while I recovered to pay them before ultimately putting it up for auction like so many other places. They worked with me reach time to keep my belongings, and for that I'm grateful!! Under new management they are still, and always will be my number one go to for all of my storage and moving needs! Friendly, helpful staff, clean grounds, reasonable prices, and well lit so that I, being a single female, feel safe going there after dark by myself. Thank you Greenville Lock and Storage for being Greenville best kept secret in storage and moving equipment rentals!!
