Great hotel! Friendly staff. Very clean. Pedestrian bridge over the river to downtown is right out the back of the hotel!

I HAVE NOT stayed in this hotel however I have been trying to get in touch with someone about renting a conference room. I called in January, left a voice mail for Ms. Shaw and have yet to receive a call back. So on February 4th, I decided to stop by and try and speak with someone and still no response. This is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. While I know your job is busy and demanding a simple phone call or email only takes a few minutes, not to mention it is the PROFESSIONAL thing to do.

Positive: The view from the window overlooking the law and bridge was breathe taking. Also, The shower was great. Negative: Room was not ready for us to stay in, it was a mess. So, we were moved to another room with a great view but no microwave, no love sofa. Felt like we were downsized. But the area is great. Also, The mattress was soft and pillows were too soft also.

Very nice hotel. We helped a client staying there with his dogs. We were not registered guests but were there every day to care for the dogs while he worked. Walking them along the river there adjacent to the property was absolutely gorgeous and pleasant area for such a walk. The staff were always very nice and helpful, always greeting us in a polite manner and loving the dogs. The facility itself was quite beautiful. Would definitely consider staying there ourselves in the future. Thank you!
