Positive: The staff was great, even though they were extremely shot staffed. The young woman who was at front desk, 80% of the, was extremely nice and helpful. She was on her own most of the, if not all the time. Negative: The elevator was out of service once, but was repaired quickly.

I can honestly say this place has some awesome employees! I sat and observed the new manager train the sweetest new girls on first on first shift and had so much patience with them all while answering customers questions as they walked up to the desk and answering the phone that was blowing up and never not one time did I see any frustration out of her! Today was my 2nd day there and the two sweet new ladies on first came in and didn't even have to ask what to do they just went right on and started working while helping each other! That's what I call team work. More places need people like them!

The people that work here are the nicest people I've met at a hotel in Georgia so far. The rooms were clean, and the room was quiet. The pool is decent. One of the best places to stay in Rome on a budget, that isn't bug and drug infested.

very clean rooms. breakfast was really good, nothing compared to other places I have stayed at. Driving more than 10 hours, I was glad i got there to a clean room. excellent customer service, very noce staff.. higy recommend it
