While I've had a number of poor experiences here in the past, my visit yesterday was a really nice one. I was helped quickly, efficiently, and politely. I'm not sure if it was the kind woman who helped me, or FedEx has taken note, whichever it is, keep up the good work!

Jon the new manager was super helpful and all the staff was very friendly and help me get what I needed.

I come here multiple times for self-printing. Apparently their hours changed, even though it says different online. I had a one page document to print…nope , even though their doors were still open/unlocked. Poor customer service. Will be finding other places to print.

Employees had masks but not wearing them. I was the only customer masked up. Another customer walked in the door without a mask, saw me and asked "do I need a mask?". Girl behind the counter says "its mandated, but we are not enforcing it"... And these same people are the one's angry because Covid is only getting worse. If you are not supporting the solution then you are part of the problem!
