Don’t bother with them. Their website is filled with guns claiming they’re in stock and they’re absolutely not. “We can order for you”. Yeah. I can “order” it myself too. And they have guns “ in stock” that are not even on the CA roster. What a joke.

This is my third time buying a gun from store. Staffs are very knowledgeable about guns and gun parts when asked about specific parts. I will continue to do business with these fine folks. 🙂

My girlfriend and I walked in to buy her a hand gun. I am a gun owner and not my first time buying a gun at this shop. Seeing this was the first time my girlfriend was purchasing a gun, she asked about the process. The salesman that was helping her informed her about taking the safety course and presenting two utility bills along with an ID etc. etc. Apon presenting the utility bills over a week later, she called for an update. To our surprise, they informed her that her gas PGand E bill wasn't acceptable and it needed to be an electric bill, in which he denied her PGandE bill. We understand the process but to lie to a customer and never even acknowledge a misunderstanding was enough to take our business elsewhere. Guns are selling very welcome at this point in time and we are aware that they will have no problem selling any gun, but I feel this would be the best interest of the public to know what customer service they provide and what to expect from the Gun Vault in Rocklin.

The best local family owned gun shop around. Honest, non pushy sales staff. If someone doesn’t know the answer they will find out for you! Friendly service, knowledge staff, and selection (minus covid) is great! Not overcrowded, organized and always clean. These kinds of things are noticed and part of the reason I come back. Sig elite dealer is sweet too! A repeat customer and will be coming back for all of my needs!
