There is excellent service, and then there is above and beyond. I called Aura Hardwood asking for stock and prices to which the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. That's great all by itself but then I couldn't go in person and had to send a friend to pick up the lumber. My friend doesn't know wood and had to ask for assistance, to which they had no trouble getting it, and the staff was patient and helpful with my poor friend who was trying their best. I had fairly complicated needs and I got everything I wanted at prices I loved. I use lumber for CNC work and I would absolutely recommend this place to ANYONE. They don't treat you like garbage if you don't know what you're looking for and they are patient and helpful with everyone, both on the phone and in person. I'll be buying all my hardwood here from now on.

Aura has every wood species you need. From Alder to Zebra wood. They have solid prices and awesome customer service! If you need materials delivered, they even do that. I highly recommend these guys. They even have a unique stain that ages raw wood and makes it look old. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING!
