Our stay was horrible from the second we walked in the door. The staff was incompetent and the front desk was rude. We requested to speak with the manager, Ken, after having numerous issues but he refused to talk or respond to us. BEWARE! If you are looking for a decent hotel for your family to stay at this is NOT it. This hotel desperately needs new management.

It’s been a long time since we stayed here. The staff had changed and of course pricing has. I accidentally bumped into house keeping on my way to check out. I believe she said her name was Brittney. She made up for what the room lacked. I voiced my concerns to her about my room and she said she’d take care of it. Best personality ever!

Where do I begin. Reserved a room, traveling with a pet, so requested a pet room. Arrived, checked in. The room stunk upon our arrival and the best they could do was give us a can of air freshener. As we all know that does not make for a nice visit to this Comfort Suites. They clearly don’t feel a need to clean the “pet friendly” rooms as well as the regular rooms. Based on what I have read already I am not the only one that has voiced their opinion. I also must add the toilet seat feature. When you sit down the toilet seat continuously hits you in the back. Just what I want after a day of traveling. And did I say the room stinks!!

Our recent stay at a Choice hotel prior to the Gadsden location was not that good. The Gadsden stay was much more pleasant. We actually were able to rest and relax between our busy schedule. The room was very cozy and clean and that's all most really want.
