Best to just head over to Federal St or the casino and refuse anything in the "uber zone"

Being that the greenhub is closed due to covid I don't know how long it would take for your background check because when I applied it took a month and at that time it wasn't shut down just keep checking on it

Let's just say that I as well got mixed info on a sign on bonus. I was under the impression that I would as well as the person that referred new when I signed up would get a bonus. Well I did indeed go to the Greenlight hub to be informed of this info.

I would say to check with the DMV on that, but even I am not sure if they would or could modify your name on your license. Go in and ask.

There is not a number to call and talk directly to someone there. If you are a driver there is 24/7 support you open your Uber driver app, tap Help, Tap the blue phone icon in the upper right hand side, then tap Call Support

As a passenger you can go through the uber app. Tap the three little lines top left. That brings up a menu. Then hit "help" and "trips and fare review". Choose the trip from there, follow the prompts. If yoy have a legitimate problem they'll side with you and make it right.

I'm almost certain you need to be 18+, but check Ubers website to be sure.

Get your car inspected and send them a picture of the new inspection sticker front and back, sometimes it's hard to get the back good enough to read the VIN numbers if you can't do it yourself drive down to the green light Hub and they will take the picture for you.

At this time you just have to stop in with any issues or reach out through your Uber app.

My background check took around a month to come back, sometimes it can take awhile but don't be discouraged
