I had a very pleasant experience in the Lowes Citrus Heights location. So much help in many areas. Starting with Chip who gave me the cart I so needed☺️ Help loading and even the helpful cashiers when I cut my hand loading the ship lap came to the rescue with a band aid! Found everything I was looking for! Thank you

I felt invisible to all the staff that assisted me at guest services for returns. I understand people have their own task to finish but at other Lowe's locations, I have always been greeted and acknowledged properly as well as being told an ETA of when help will be available, they also executed an attitude of putting the customer's time before their own. This Lowe's location did not provide that, I hope that it will improve because I enjoy this location for its plant selection and easy to browse through aisles.

The garden center is pretty nice they have a lot of pretty annuals for your spring color, lots of cute succulents and cacti and tons of planters! The cashier was a jerk but I didn't let it ruin my experience. I still like Lowes better than Home Depot.

Love this store, but not some of their employees. Asked for some skylights and both employees looked at their phones and couldnt answer my question. Asked an older gentleman and knew exactly what i was talking about. Then guided me to other things i was looking for.

Yes Lowe's allows service animals and pets in the store. Some departments even have treats.
Hahhaaaa not really. Ask for a salesman I know of one at this location Joe Kelly. A official Lowe's sales person can give you a discount when buying in bulk
I just called that home Depot and they do not rent
Unfortunately the automated system doesn't work as intended
They can order them but not in stock at my local store. Download the lowes app or go to lowes.com
There are 2 types, a standard which can grow to 35 feet and a dwarf that rarely exceeds 10 feet. I didn't see either one last time I was there. One thing you might consider is that they are messy. They look pretty but the fruit isn't that tasty.

Yes. I believe it would be in the garden area
Masks are required, social distancing enforced, barriers at check out. Hope that helps.
They allow 10% discount for active or in active military. Inactive requires VA card.
Keep calling until a supervisor or manager takes a report and ask kindly how this will be resolved. Simply explain your disappointment so he/she/manager whom ever is in charge so it won't happen to the next customer. Are you happy with the merchandise ? If so be sure and tell that to but just not happy with how the delivery went and you would like the grease and dirt left behind cleaned up and to double check everything was set up properly!! If damage to anything while setting up then that needs to be corrected as well!! Good luck !! Keep records of all that was done!! 👍😌
Poor managent. Call corporate and it will improve.
Can cut boards too length or rip material to width.
They open at 6 AM
Bro just call them that's the only way you're getting that info
Yes but you need to wear a mask to shop in.
Hi, you can recycle them in home depot, also in Lowe's
I think you can go to Lowe's online and get a COMPLETE inventory with prices. My Wife did it for me a couple years ago in Roseville and she went online to Home Depot too. It was really handy. Good luck with it
I believe that the return counter hours are the same as the store hours.
Yes they do!
Occasionally, if you need a certain plant ask a florist to find it!
Use Iron bars affixed to the door like a mesh on the inside behind the window.
Yes.
Last I checked it was cut to order from the roll.
