Deli screens were down, asked the cashier she didn’t know why. She asked and they said the deli was closed while we watched them make everyone else’s order around us. At 3am! Just wanted warm food

I found it ridiculous that the manager would tell me the bathroom was closed because she was cleaning it and then she stood inside the bathroom carrying on a personal conversation with a customer or friend. When I asked for assistance from another store employee she processed to tell me that she couldn’t help because that was the manager. When I attempted to access the bathroom a second time she allowed me in and continued her conversation. The other employee came in behind me and complained to the manager that I spoke to her. I was in the stall so the manager and her customer alley screamed at me that she could talk to who she wanted and I can’t tell her what to do. Oh by the way this was at 5:30am on Sunday morning. I don’t know what your employees are going through but they have a job that includes customer service and interaction. Courtesy is required. This interaction was anything but that.
