Take 5 Oil Change

The last time I was here it was a good experience I would say 5 stars but today a man with shoulder length dreadlocks, I’m unsure of his name yelled out to the other techs that he remembers us and called us “ignorant” multiple times for not bringing the car back sooner; which the reason we did not is because my boyfriend changes my oil when we don’t go to a shop. I understand some days at work can be very annoying but it doesn’t mean you should be this blatantly rude to others. Some people cannot afford to go to a shop for their changes every 1-2 months and it is sad some people can’t seem to understand that. Everyone else was very nice and helpful & found an issue with my car we did not know of. So thank you to them

Definitely do not suggest these people. You drive all the way down there, and then come to find out that there's actually a limited list of vehicles that they service, and mine was not on the list. So I wasted my time driving down there, wasting my time waiting to talk to someone, just to get turned away and not get service. If they don't service vehicles of certain types, those should be listed and advertised so people like me don't waste their time and their valuable gas driving there for no reason

Excellent fast friendly service. They make it easy to get an oil change. Appreciate the explanations and being shown what's needed - or not needed- thanks for not upselling unnecessary services. I've been to many Take5 locations over the years and this was one of the best. Thanks guys!!
