The pizza was way over cooked and burned. When I told the employee about it she ignored me and went to the back. I waited for her and she didn’t come and then I found her making more pizzas for customers with her bare hands and not wearing gloves. And when I asked for the manager she said the manager wasn’t there. When I asked for a refund she charged me twice for the pizza instead of refunding me. She doesn’t respect costumers.

Don't know what going on the past few months, but the online orders placed have had issues with being right. Ordered a hand tossed pizza yesterday but received a handmade pan or Brooklyn, missed the crusty edges and it was deep. Time before that they put jalapenos on the wrong pizza, I had ordered 3 pizzas, and also burnt the marbled cookie brownie and forgot the sauces I paid extra for. And before that the thin crust pizza was fully loaded with meats when it was the cheese pizza and the hand tossed was nothing but cheese

It's PIZZA.. fast food pizza and they do a great job! They continue to deliver on time, actually sooner than expected.
