I have been trying to find used tires for over 2 weeks and they were unavailable. I called here and they had multiple sets. Very affordable. They were super friendly and super fast. I called at the last minute on a Saturday and they fit me in on short notice. Awesome service. They let me pick out my own tires. All together great experience. Thank you precision. We will be back

I was need of a tire for my vehicle since I had a nail in it. I was told by another tire company it could not be repaired. They wanted to sell me a new tire for $150 but did not have it in stock. Luck was on my side apparently. I phoned Precision Tires and Auto and spoke with Kristen. Kristen right away asked if I needed a new tire because they had a used tire with great tread and the price quoted was at a fraction of the price of the other company's tire. I went to Precision Tires and Auto and was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable lady (you guessed it, Kristen). Kristen had the technicians check my tire and instead of trying to sell me a new tire or even a used tire, told me they could repair my tire. Precision Tires and Auto not only have great customer service but they have ethics. They could have made 5 times the amount they charged me but chose honesty over the money. If you are looking for a Tire shop or even auto mechanic shop, I implore you to give this company the opportunity to show you what they can do. You will know whatever they recommend is what you actually need and not just them trying to make extra money off of you. They will provide great customer service just as they did for me.

I must say I am so glad I found this place. Granted, they have always been here, but they are fast and efficient. It's just amazing. Their method of store used tires is unbeatable. I've never seen such an organized storage of tires. And not to mention these used tires are in the best condition. They give you a range of prices based on your budget. I called multiple places for a tire and they gave me prices ranging from 199 and up. My jaw hit the floor. Then stumbled on this place and I had options from $45 and up. Definitely not going to take advantage of you. 100% recommend

Scenario: it's Friday around 2:30pm. I have a shiny new set of rims and beefy all-terrain tires that I need mounted, balanced, and placed on my truck, as I leave for a road trip later that day. I call three different tire shops, all of whom rudely decline to assist me in this dilemma. I bring the truck to Precision Auto, and the wheels are on the truck by 4pm. Not a scuff or scratch to the rims. I will literally never bring my truck to anyone else. There's a reason why their reviews are so high!
