Had no spicy chicken at all. Waited about 12 minutes for my chicken and it came out slightly warm and SUPER greasy. So greasy to the point I had an upset stomach. My mac and cheese was slightly warm and very curdled and had a layer of dry unmelted cheddar cheese on it. My brother in law’s fries were soggy. My sprite was good but that’s the only thing. Never coming here again, worst Popeyes i’ve been at and that’s saying something knowing how Popeyes is known for its poor customer service.

Ordered a 3 piece white (skin so soft I thought it was KFC original) unseasoned and the biscuit was a hockey puck. It's 2 pm why is it so hard.. Yes the biscuit was harder than the chicken. You got 2 stars only because of the red beans and rice or you would've gotten 1 star. Almost $12 for basically a small red beans & rice. Customer unsatisfied AGAIN!

Love this Popeyes location! The manager Ashley is the best. Every time we eat here the food is fresh, hot, crispy, and juicy. It's not super greasy like some of the others. Ashley always makes sure my order is fresh and correct. All the employees here are really nice.

This place has continuously got our orders wrong so we quit going there for a long time. We decided last night to give it another chance because we wanted to try the new fish sandwich and the shrimp. It says online that they are open until 11, I was at the drive thru at 939 and the manager told me that they are closed and everything was already shut down! I was about to order over 60$ worth of food! I am done with this place. The manager was also very rude about telling me and acted like I was stupid and should have expected that they were already closed. I feel like she treated me like that because I'm white! I might be wrong but it sure seemed that way. Everyone should avoid this place because I have had nothing but bad experiences there,and several other people have told me the same. Everyone I know that lives here in Belleview drives all the way to Ocala to when they want Popeyes because the Belleview store is so terrible!
