It was very hard to reach anyone to make a reservation. With that being said the people are very nice. The view from the cabins is just exceptional boat ramps dock everything very good rooms not so clean but for a fishing camp situation acceptable. We had a great time met some lovely people and will definitely be going back

We rented cabin #2 This is a cute, quaint cabin with a stellar view! Very affordable and clean, sits in the back of a nice mobile home community. If you're looking for a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle, look no further 🙂

This is a really nice place. Cabins were clean. View was gorgeous. Staff was friendly. I didn't see any gators or snakes That's good. Spent 3 hrs going around the island in my small boat. Enjoyed every second of it. The FLAG TREE is an absolute MUST SEE to believe. We shall return. It was a very satisfying week stay. Thank you very much Moonrise Resort Staff

The launch is for residents of the resort ...if your a resident of moonrise ....then yes
It's swim at your own risk there alligators and snakes
No, it's not 55+ but the place fills up quickly, especially in the Winter time. And the really choice RV spots where you have a gorgeous lake view are virtually always booked. We always rent one of the cabins that face the lake
