This place is a gem in Ole Florida. Most sites have shade and you get a cool breeze from the Withlacoochee River. They have kayaks and fishing poles to use. Peaceful but you can be as active as you want and enjoy some antiquing and wine tasting nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We came to the area to swim with the manatees and I’m so glad we chose not to stay in Crystal River. This was so much more peaceful and our family really enjoyed canoeing on the river. We stayed at campsite #39 and it was close to the nice clubhouse, fire pit, and the river. Can’t wait to come back!

The campground was perfect! It was exactly what we were hoping for! We were able to relax in nature as a family and enjoy every bit of the great outdoors. All the park staff were so helpful and friendly. The facilities (bathroom, laundry and even game room) were super clean and well maintained. I could have lived in the adorable game room! They were even Dog Friendly and had an amazing, clean dog run. We spent hours on the water, saw so much wildlife and enjoy family time! Will definitely be back again (and soon!) Thanks for making our spring break AWESOME!

There are many positives and so many negatives. We have been traveling for 7 months and this park has been by far the worst kept grounds. From the falling tree limbs to overgrown trees, we scraped our RV trying to get into our near impossible spot. The roads were very bumpy with many pot holes. Everything was full of leaves. This in no way is a reflection in the camp host, they were the most amazing hosts ever, older couple doing their very best and definitely going above and beyond to make us not only feel welcome but helping us navigate the terrible grounds conditions. As far as the area itself… very beautiful and the river access was perfect. Overall our time here was wonderful and we would come back for sure, we just wish the owners would take the time to upkeep their park.
