We are located on 5259 W Cardinal Street, Bldg B, Homosassa, FL. If you are coming from US 19 (Homosassa, Crystal River), Cardinal Street is the traffic light between Walmart and the new 7-11. We will be located on your left as you progress on Cardinal Street from US 19. If you are coming from Hwy 491 (Lecanto, Beverly Hills), you will make a right onto Cardinal and we will be on your right. The Community Food Bank is the first building you encounter on the property. Donation hours are from 6am - 2pm.
Linda, We are more of a warehouse for other food pantries and organizations. Unfortunately we cannot offer direct help to those in need. However, if you go to http://www.cfbocc.org you will see a "Food Agencies" link that will bring up an interactive map showing the locations of most, if not all, of the 48 pantries and organizations that we work with. I would suggest calling the ones closest to you as each agency might have different requirements such as a piece of mail showing you live locally, etc.
This gives food to local food banks who distribute to individuals
