When it first opened up, it was good. Now it seems like you are the problem. I think the employees intentionally give bad experiences so customers will not return. The first time I ordered in the drive-thru, I waited 5 mins, then caught an attitude and stayed in the back until my order finished. I like to give them another try because I love smoothies I waited at the drive thru 10 mins I had to move to the window, and nobody was there. This will be my last time. Never again.

I love there chicken fries but they got my order wrong, then the lady argue with my husband saying everything was there. We ordered three chicken nuggets three small fries, and me and my husband did the two for 12 he was supposed to get a classic chicken sandwich and I was supposed to get the chicken fries well we ended up with a chicken nugget two french fries a cheeseburger and a Whopper. First time going to this Burger King.

On this trip I actually walked up at closing time and the doors were being locked. I expected to be turned away but a very nice gentleman the cashier let me in,took my order.YES I was just as surprised too.Employees were busy cleaning but still welcomed me and treated me with courtesy and efficiency. I did not get the young African/Americans name but Thank You for servicing me and not shutting the door in my face.

Can't count to 3. Sorry but that ability is sort of a must in this line of work. Also, please don't make excuses for this and start out handling the customer call with 'First off I don't appreciate the attitude' Josh. I'm pretty sure that was your name. That is definitely not how you handle customer concerns and ensure return customers. I used no profanity with you whatsoever and was not rude, loud, or obnoxious. I understand that there may be training going on but making excuses for lack of basic math skills is poor management skills. Easy way to rectify w/out causing a terrible review or a report being sent to corporate is 'I'm so sorry for the mix up. Please accept my apology and come pick up your product as soon as you can'. A nicer thing to do since most people aren't really wanting to have to leave their homes again and drive back to where they just came from to get something that they should have gotten the first time but didn't would be to throw in a little something like a coupon for something on the next visit or another pie or something. Just a thought because most likely I won't be driving up there again but I won't forget the entire experience. Times like we are currently in are not times when we want to use poor customer skills because customer service is everything. People have gotten accustom to receiving poor customer experience but we have choices and experiences like this for me means that I will choose to go anywhere other than your establishment going forward. Also, I'm not sure what you are frying the chicken breast in for the chicken sandwiches but it has a funky taste that is so weird it will not be eaten for fear of becoming ill from it.
