The staff in the pharmacy are horrible they leave customers on hold for 30 minutes + and going in ti just check if meds are filled and being told there not ready after a week after being called on is ridiculous. My son has been waiting on his asthma meds for over a month They don't call yo day anything or even to let u know it's ready. With all the fires in the area my 6 yr old is having difficulty with his asthma and its like they don't care. This location needs a entirely new pharmacy staff

If you need a passport photo, dont waste your time coming here. All the employees kept saying they haven't been trained on how to take the photo and the only person that knows is the manager and of course he wasn't working.

The Pharmacy, Technician was unfriendly, refused to sell me a controlled medicine that I need. Her explanation was on medical list unable to sale. I asked her for a phone number so I could find out, why and she had no information of who to go to. I went to my Napa store and no problem.
