CAUTION! CAUTION! CAUTION! The loft that I stay at is decent. There are small issues regarding some of the fixtures, but nothing too horrible. The issue lies within the security of the complex and lack of accountability from the leasing office. Aspect will not do anything on their end to be helpful and try their best to be absolved of any issues. The gates to enter the parking garage are always broken and it takes them a VERY LONG time to get them fixed. Meaning that for weeks at a time, anyone could access the parking garage. The gate access card system is primitive as well. They use RFID card that hardly work when a garage gate opener makes so much more sense. They DO NOT compensate for the gates being broken by increased security guards. I have only seen a security guard on my floor once in the year I have been here and my car has been broken into twice. The first time, nothing valuable was taken, but the second time MY WHEELS WERE STOLEN! Also, aspect purposefully do not have cameras in the hallways, so they could say they didn't see anything if someone did try to break-in to your apartment.

Almost gave 4 star because of the fact that there are too many homeless near by but the leasing office does try their best. Well, if you don't like it move out. You see a lot of asians living here.. tells you something

Pros of living here: - Modern - Inside of the complex is nice - Staff is nice, and responsive, as well as maintenance, unless you need a filter for your AC system. Cons: - The area that this complex is in, is not a good one. - Lots of college kids live here and speed around the parking structures. - YOU ARE IN THE SAME PARKING LOT AS A CLUB - Do not expect to get much sleep because of the point above. - I had my motorcycle stolen out of the 'secure' parking garage. - Bathtubs aren't level and stain easy - Exposed nails in the carpeting upon move in. - Mall parking lot is used as a drag strip in the middle of the night, Lemon isn't exactly a quiet street either. - Security here is a joke, there is RFID access around the building, but people prop doors open, tailgate into the structures, and structures have extremely poor camera coverage. - COVID situation handled poorly. Amenities were closed, and that’s part of one of the reasons rent is as high as it is here. There was no offer of rent reduction due to the restricted amenities. - Rent is very expensive. - Fellow tenants use the trash in the parking garage as their personal dumpster - Fellow tenants also too lazy to use garbage chute in garbage room. So here’s my review of this complex. It looks nice, it’s modern, has nice facilities, and is generally clean. The staff have been very nice too. But, the location of it is awful, the security is a joke, it’s expensive, hard to sleep, loud, and full of disrespectful tenants.

I have been living in Aspect for almost a month now. Overall it has been a pleasant stay. There could be more guest parking Added and the walls are a bit thin, but I’m a hard enough sleeper to not let it bother me. Ann helped us find our place! She is literally the best and ONLY person i would recommend you work with. We toured the apartment and fell in love with the display however the units available were above our price range. Ann reached out to me weekly to ensure that she was still keeping us in mind and letting us know when an apartment in our price range became available ! Her customer service and personality made the experience amazing. She is very friendly and transparent. She also wasn’t pushy like your average leasing reps. Ann is a gem! Had an issue with the leasing manager, when moving in. We were sent a document that explained how much we were supposed to pay when moving in however received another document after signing the lease stating we had to pay more since moving in after the 20th. Tried to chat with the leasing manager about my concerns and she was unreceptive and unprofessional during this process. Outside of the unpleasant conversation, I have enjoyed living here thus far ! Thankful for Ann making this transition possible !!!!
