One of the nurses named Julius is so bossy, telling the sitter to bring out the patient without even saying please. The two young CNA’s on a night shift are too unruly & antipathetic; though the Charge Nurse named Glaiza is accommodating & knows her job so well( commendation to her).

The low rating on this place it's because of RN supervisor BONG B O N G he has no resident or customer service and his not the only one with this problem i can't remember the other names of RN's that talk to me and others as if i/they are his 2 year old son or as if i was his wife i can't imagen how he/they are with those that can't speak for themselves RN. BONG IS HONESTLY THE GARBAGE THAT MADE MY EXPERIENCE A REAL BAD ONE HE SHOULD NOT WORK AT THIS PLACE HE HAS NO COMPACTION HIS ONLY THERE TO MAKE HOURS JUST FOR HIS PAY CHECK !!! I apologize for not remembering the other THRASH of RN's names

Always has been wonderful for my mother. Paula and her activities, the nail shop, Ingrid and the business office, Elsa and her social work, Barbara and Edna, the LVNs, and all of the CNAs are awesome. And now, they have Heidi Austria, whom I remember from Kindred. She is super-fantastic, too.
