Chris was an excellent service tech to have fix the issue at our building. (Leak upstairs dripping into our bathroom) He and Mike were extremely thorough in their explanation to me as to what happened which was nice for someone who knows nothing about plumbing issues. They completed their work quickly and came back to check and make sure everything was good. Highly recommend!

Replaced a 50 year old gas ball valve intended to supply a new gas dryer. I tried but couldn’t safely remove it myself. Esteban and Gabriel were very polite, friendly and super knowledgeable. They were so efficient and made it look easy but in reality I was happy to pay for their expertise. Their uniforms and truck were very clean. I am a landlord with multiple properties. A1 Total service is my #1 choice moving forward. Thank you guys. Congratulations to the owner on having built a great company.

I used A-1 to take care of a bad pipe gushing water into the wall from my laundry room. Their price was both fair and competitive. Guillermo came out to first diagnose the issue, then again to take care of the job. Great guy, super friendly, and he did nice, neat work leaving the wall in good condition to get patched up later. Also after a small hiccup with the wall’s electrical not working once he’d left, he returned the same day to correct the problem with no complaints or extra cost. I would recommend A-1 to others and will for sure call on them for future plumbing needs.

After having a plumber from another company flake three times on me, I called A1 for a job that needed to be same day. Not only were they professional, friendly and courteous on the phone, they had a plumber out EARLIER than promised, same day(!) Guillermo Avalos installed my kitchen faucet, went to the hardware store for a part he needed and came back to finish the job all the while with a smile and great attitude. He completed the job in such a clean manner that I swear I think my kitchen was cleaner when he left than upon his arrival 😁 and he even offered to take the box from my new faucet down to the trash. Moreover, I had a small leak under my bathroom basin that I asked him to look at while he was here and he was able to fix the issue in under 5 minutes, was honest with me about what the little problem was and didn’t charge me a penny for it. Moving forward, A1 will be the ONLY plumbing company I use and I will request Guillermo every single time. A1 has a VERY high quality employee in him. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
