Terrible do not go there. Discrimination against disabled veteran!! Both employees were nasty and wouldn't take my card because it had a different last name. No business doesn't even deserve a star.

Don't believe the Karens, this place rules. Staff is always super helpful and knowledgeable about products and suggestions for finding what me and my partner need. Kate and Amanda point us where we need and Franky is based af and always helpful when we're looking for something spicy. Can't imagine anybody talking smack and trying to flex on how much they spent elsewhere when you could just shop here in a relaxed and friendly store.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! I called ahead to make sure they were open and a girl, Kiera, hung up on me and was too busy (admittedly) to watching her show on Netflix on her phone, to show me products that I was interested in buying. I then went to the next fella behind the counter (Cinder?) to ask for help..he too refused to help me browse the store for a product. My roommate and I ended up going to a different store and purchasing several hundreds of dollars of goodies. What a shame. Management should be aware of their employees.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. You can get much better customer service and products literally anywhere else. I went into the store and bought two items. Not even 30 seconds later after my purchase (which can be verified by cameras), I walked back into the store to return one of the items after I realized I had purchased the wrong item. I approached the cash register informing the cashier that I would like to return the incorrect item, which was never opened. He responded saying, “we don’t really do returns.” Whatever that means. Which I replied, “well then why wasn’t I informed before I purchased this?” To which the cashier was left speechless. I left and called the store asking to speak to the manager, where in turn they asked, “who’s speaking?” I replied with my name, (as if it matters, they don’t know me by name regardless) instead of allowing me to speak to the manager, like I asked, they repeatedly cut me off to tell me that the “no return policy” was mentioned on the itemized receipt that I did not even receive. The receipt I was given did not state anything about all sales being final. The employee on the phone stated that they are several signs in the store stating that all sales are final. I did not see any of the signs and I was not informed about the return policy before I purchased my items. Regardless of the “final sale” signs, the cashier should always inform the customer of the policy before purchasing. That’s very unfair for people who are visually impaired or can’t read English. It’s not fair to assume these things when a customer is purchasing a product. Every other establishment I have been to where their policy was “all sales are final,” I was still notified of the policy beforehand. Now I have a product that is useless for me. All of this could’ve been avoided if the cashier actually did his job and informed the customers of the return policy before they purchase their items with liberty. Overall, this establishment is poorly ran and the customer service is awful. They clearly just hire anybody in desperation for profit. Spend your money elsewhere at a store with professional employees who care about customer satisfaction. I would give 0 stars if I could.
