I experienced a wonderful experience, I had trouble with my battery which I needed a new one. Since my car was unable to have it installed by AutoZone I had to take it to the car dealership. Glory was the one who attended to me from the beginning she was very helpful and very straightforward. On that particular day I had a tough day which Glory than approached me while I was still inside the store. Auto Zone should be honored to have an employee that goes above and beyond for a customer. Will definitely return to this particular store for the helpfulness I did occurred I also meet Wilson whom also works at AutoZone Glory asked him to help me with a jumping cable.. no words could explain how grateful I was that day.

Jullssa Administered the best customer service I’ve Experienced at AutoZone!!!! Extremely knowledgeable of products! She knew the store like the back of her hand walked me right over to the product! Placed a product in hand giving me complete ownership, and satisfaction with my purchase. She’s definitely one of your stars on the rise!

My experience at this location with Julissa was great! She is very sweet, friendly, and very helpful. I called looking for hydraulic oil and she advised me that they had some available. When I got to the register, she automatically knew I was the one that called her. I bought two 5 gallon buckets of oil which she didn’t even let me carry. She then took them to my truck and also put them in for me not letting me help her. It’s not common to find such good customer service and people with such kindness. If I could give her 100 stars I would. Julissa don’t ever change! God bless you.

Went to this store for a part I needed for my car and was helped by Julissa. She was amazing! Very helpful and kind. Super compassionate and understanding. She helped me find the best part for my car at a great price. Will totally be back because of her. 😊
