Room was great. Clean and well equipped. I liked the classic furniture. Clean bathroom. Yes indeed as some say, air con was loud and I could hear people walking at night in their room above. My had earplugs and she didn't care. I can't say about room service as we didn't want it. Nice location, definitely not the beach area but close to bus lines 37 and 42. Close to Airport, just few stops. Supermarket just 200 meters away. I definitely recommend.

This hotel canceled one of my reserved rooms without my knowledge or consent. They never notified me or my booking service, Hotels.com so I only learned of this while checking. My family was forced to find alternative accommodations at the last minute which was next to impossible. The hotel staff was not helpful and the entire situation was very stressful. Also, I didn't see an elevator for heavy luggage and the parking situation is street or off-site only. Although their price is great, I cannot recommend this hotel. Fortunately I had used a booking service with a guarantee so they found us a better hotel.

The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. I booked a room and didn't stay. They still charged my card for the room. I called several times and no one would pick up. I finally drove 45 minutes to get to the property and the guy lied to my face and told me booking took my money. I called booking and they said the hotel took my money. He was unwilling to refund me my money or give me another room. I will never stay here or refer anyone!

This place is pretty good actually. I didn't have high hopes but the rooms are decent and it is a nice old building. It is a great location in Little Havana and I would def stay here again.
