The owner is a thief. Don't do your laundry there. We went to do our laundry on June 20. The coin machine keep our $10 without giving coins, when asked the cashier she told us that when we came back, the money will be returned and took photos of us, in case another cashier was on duty whenever we returned. On June 30, i went back to do my laundry. I asked Maria (the cashier) about the money and told me that the owner didnt left the $10 bill and to call the next day at 11 AM. Then i proceed to do my laundry. It turns out that 1 of the 3 waching machines that i used didnt work (after putting the money, detergents and selecting the cycle), when consulted with the cashier she told me that i just didnt put the money. i took my wet clothes and the load that was still dirty and left. Two days later we filnally contact the owner, he told us that the waching machine was ok and is our fault that we never started it. Secondly, he said that according to the change machine there was not an extra $10 bill. We proceed to ask him if he saw the cameras and if he saw quarter coins coming out from the change machine to which he said NO, no coins came out but he didnt have an extra $10 on the coin change machine. We asked if he could share the CCTV, he said that we were making him lose his time and started to insult us. The owner name is Jose Fernandez, and Jose Fernandez just doesnt respect you as a customer or person. Go to other Laundry.

Worse place ever , I was trying to talk with the owner and never get the phone number , I left my clothes there and they called me cause they don’t know what’s are , unbelievable . I don’t recommend to go there , many times my clothes smell like somebody smokes , and I don’t smokes , people don’t go there .

I have been going there for a few months and very impressed on how clean it is and the change machine is near by. Also like the individual folding area for the customers Love the fact their is a Navarro across the street in case you're out of detergent or anything else also a 7 eleven next door.

If you consider that both my wife and I are two despots in our dealings with clients, I urge you to have the decency to come and tell us face to face. 2. If something characterizes us and makes our laundry the favorite of hundreds of customers who come here from everywhere is: CLEANING We have five employees who make this their priority, 24/7 3. It is not true when it says that our washing machines lack customer water The Whites cycle in all the washing machines uses water at a temperature of 120 degrees. The Pre-Wash and the Rinse use warm water. 4. The washing machines are programmed from the factory and use from 20 gallons in the smallest to 80 gallons in the largest, and I can prove it. It is not true that we "restrict" water. You lie. Use your time in something positive instead of dedicating it to insult and slander.
