I have been taking my dry cleaning to Society Cleaners for approximately 18 years. I have always had a wonderful experience with the employees and the owner. The owner is always there assisting the customers with a smile on her face. If you need a rush on dry cleaning she makes sure you get it back when you need it. She also has two ways of keeping track of and accountability of everyone's clothing in case you loose your ticket, and that's always the case with me.

Lourdes at Society Cleaners did a magnificent job in restoring an antique lace wedding dress that was over 100 years old and making it look like new! I am forever grateful!!

I brought clothes here often and was coming here bi weekly for almost 6 months. Yesterday was my last visit after having 3 different occasions where my clothes went missing, thankfully found months later, which is still not okay. Yesterday was the final straw for me after they found clothes that I dropped off almost 3 months ago. It may be because they use a 1980s paper trail/ ticketing system documenting 100s of clients in a notebook and with a ticket which can cause confusion and difficulty to track. To the owners, it maybe a good time to consider going digital and even consider renovating. While I was there I had to wait almost 20 minutes to be seen because the client before me was upset complaining about the same issue. I’d also like to add that they damaged one top of mine that I had to bring back for them to fix. There were also a couple times where I had to bring items back that I brought in to redo removal of simple small food or coffee stains. I should have stopped going after the first couple times but I kept giving them another try. I’m not one to give bad ratings or be negative but this needs to be published.

I hired Christine Moore to be my bridal valet on my wedding day this past week and let me tell you! Out of all the money I spent on my wedding it was by far the BEST of the money I spent. Christine came to the resort and steamed my dress and all my bridesmaids dresses to perfection. She was with me every step of the way making sure my dress was flawless. She even massaged my swollen feet before I walked down the isle. Lourdes is also amazing coming to my dress fitting to make sure my dress was exactly how it should be. These ladies are two of the most special souls I have ever met. I love you both and will never forget you.
