So disappointed in this location, my people cant have anything in the hood. Beautiful wawa built less then a year ago located next to a crispy Kreme donuts perfect for business and already the free air machines for tires that wawa offers are broken. No buttons work!! Smh so disappointed in my people and yes I'm talking about black people we cant have anything nice smh

The fact that it can regularly take up to 30 mins to make an simple iced tea blows my mind. How can you guys do business like this? I can't think of any other place on the planet that takes this long to prepare food/beverages.

The worst WAWA I have ever been too. Bad customer service. The employees are not well groomed and there rude. The store is under stocked. There’s water in bottom of the beverage fountain drink machines. No toilet paper in the woman’s bathroom, trash everywhere. I had a situation where there was a homeless man sitting in the eating area and he was not consuming any food or drink. I asked the Secruity guard Mr.Garfield to ask the homeless man to leave because my wife and I had bought two dinner bowls and wanted to eat outside. Mr. Garfield told me he couldn’t make him leave so my wife and I had to eat inside of my car. I called Cambridge security services corporate to make a complaint and it went disregarded. I never got a email or a call back. This is a serious matter that needs to be addressed and seems to be not cared for. I refuse to spend my hard worked money at this WAWA where it’s really a dump.

I got a steak burrito but they forgot to put the meat in. Still was a tasty burrito though and humongous! The bathroom was clean and the service was good. Busy lunch time hour but moved smoothly
