I was thinking since this was a fairly new outback location it would be better, but it's lacking in service, taste and cleanliness. Coming in I noticed the floor of the restaurant was dirty and the tables were also dirty. I had to wipe our table and seats down. The restaurant was daily empty so I was thinking our waitress would check on us often, but that wasn't the case. We didn't even get water refills. We ordered a Blooming Onion, it wasn't cooked through. Our Cesar Salad had brownish red pieces of lettuce. I ordered a mixed veggies and a ribeye steak. The veggies lacked seasoning, my steak was under seasoned as well and over cooked. The Potato Soup was delicious and the bread was warm and delicious. Not sure I will be coming back to this location.

This place is reliably unreliable! Only reason why I ordered from this place again after I vowed to never eat from this place again is because I had a gift card… I think the food could only be more soggy if it was run under a sink… food is always wilted, soggy and looks and tastes terrible… I was hoping to be surprised with good food but as usual was incredibly disappointed… I’ve had Wendy’s delivered that looks more palatable then this! And for a fraction of the cost! Never again Outback! I’ll sell my gift card should I ever receive another before eating here again!!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! Since the pandemic hit the staff has taken a decent hit as well. I can understand having a short staff but that does not mean your level of service goes out the window. I ordered dinner tonight for my family not only did we have to wait an hour and a half to pick up food that stated it was ready at least 10 minutes before we arrived (I received the text message that my food was ready). My husband ended up getting a rib eye because they ran out of ribs. My sons order was wrong and we did not get our drinks. As we continued to open up the food containers we noticed frozen half cooked fries and the steak did not fall far from that we ordered well done and that’s what we received on the outside but the inside was still pretty raw and cold parts. I called to let the location know and speak to a manager where I was treated even worse and told there was no manager on staff then he placed me on hold again ( mind you I was waiting for 25 minutes) and then hung up on me and did not answer after. This is ridiculous. This wasn’t even the first time our food has been wrong but after this experience I think everyone should know what you are getting yourselves into if you’re ordering food for your family. It is a 80% chance something will be wrong with your order I can almost guarantee it. My father was eating at this location as well some time ago and a roach appeared on the booth right behind him. Someone needs to look into this location ASAP. I already submitted something on your site as well with my contact information. Hope to hear from someone soon.

So disappointed the last few times we’ve been in. Hardly anyone eating tonight but we had to ask for a waiter, we had to ask for more bread, for a refill,etc. unfortunately my steak was suppose to be medium well and it was maybe medium if that. I don’t want to complain, I just think these businesses need stronger servers and attentive people. I do think our waiter was new so I want to give the benefit of the doubt. We were very polite and left our 20% tip, just not sure if the next time will be any better since it’s been rough the past few visits. The taste of the food was good, could have been cooked better and service was not up to par. Just disappointing.
