Rowan and Bob were amazing to me and my car. The car did take long, however they made sure to keep me updated and check in on me every now and then while I was in the lobby. Excellent customer service and will definitely bring my car to them in time of service.

I have been going to this location for a few years and always felt like the pricing and repairs were reasonable and well done. Unfortunately that has now changed. I took my car in to get the shift cable replaced. I researched the issue and spoke to a few friends that are knowledgeable about it, and everything pointed to a low cost & easy repair. The piece is $56 at Advanced Auto Parts and it's an easy job to do yourself if you're comfortable, that can be done in about 30 minutes. I took it my car to Goodyear and was given a $700 quote that would take 3.5 hours to repair. I asked what part needed to be replaced, looked it up online at Advanced Auto Parts and confirmed it was still $56. I asked the mechanic Hector to confirm again what the name of the part was called, but he kept saying that the piece I needed was $200. I called a separate auto shop to get an estimate over the phone, which they quoted me $75 WITH labor. Sure enough, I took my car there and they met their $75 total cost and the car has been running perfect. Unfortunately I am not the first or the last person that will get taken advantage of by an auto shop. However, it's unfortunate and very discomforting that the team at Goodyear wanted to upcharge me +830%. Reminder to always do your research, get 2-3 quotes and never agree to any car servicing that doesn't feel right.

Came in to do a general check up on my aunts car, the guy at the front desk seemed to be very hostile and not accommodating. It was my first time and some things I obviously don’t know about cars or general check ups. Maybe this is due to my nationality? I’m an Asian girl who doesn’t know much about cars and had my dad with me who doesn’t speak English. I had a very hard time dealing with this.
