I am very grateful to have found Pep boys, they were fast, efficient and friendly. The manager Gabriel was very supportive to me needing to be at work at a certain time. The repair was solid & quick and they even offer FREE uber back and fourth if needed!!!! 😯 I found my new auto repair shops! 🙏

Don’t go to this pep boys. I went in for 4 tires. It took 5 hours, even with an appointment. Next day one of the tires was flat, and I noticed they didn’t put caps on all 4 tires. When I tried to call to get the tire replaced they got aggressive and tried to blame me without even looking at the tire. When I asked when I could come in they said they don’t know and got more aggressive. I ended up canceling the charge on my credit card and called corporate. They sent me to a different Pepboys to take care of the problem, where they told me one of the tires wasn’t the same brand as the other 3 and they should have noticed not only the faulty tire but that the tires were mismatched. Horrible work, horrible customer service and horrible people. Again, don’t go to this location.

We had a vehicle towed her the day prior, all it needed was a tire to be replaced. They completely ignored it on arrival. The. The following day when trying to speak with them they were walking away from the desk, and talking amongst each other. Very difficult to conduct business here. If your employees don’t care it makes it hard for the customers to feel comfortable while here. I’m sorry the quality of service has dropped so significantly. I hope they get it together they use to be one of the best. Ps. There’s a tired plus close to this location, there is also a jiffy lube close to this location. Check them out before get stuck, ignored, over charged, and treated poorly at Pep Boys.

Courteous Staff and great service. The wait was terrible. I was explained why despite booking an appointment, your car might not be attended to for another 3 hours or so. It might even not get touched the day you booked it (even with 8am appointment) and will have to either leave it or come back the next day. Lucky for me, I only had to wait 5 hrs before my car was processed. They however have decent prices and reliable service.
