Don't bother with making an appointment, they won't honor it. Made an an appointment for a flat repair, when I arrived on time I was informed that they would not be able to do the flat repair due to over booking. I went to the new location on Davie rd & Stirling rd, they were able to do the repair and are much friendlier.

I made an appointment for 10 am, and an hour later my car is still parked in the lot. I wonder what appointments are for? Other than that, the staff and technicians are really nice and very professional. They discovered that Lehman Hyundai Service failed to return the key to my tire locks, and are now extracting those lug nuts. They had the tires I wanted and at a reasonable price. Glad I found this place, even though the appointment system clearly does not work...

Will definitely be coming back. Worked with Leo at the service desk and he was wonderful to work with. Very polite, answered all my questions, made sure I understood everything. Just a great attitude all around, when you go in there ask for Leo!
