Standard has gone down since last times I have been there. Food is ok, drinks too, staff very friendly but the outdoor furniture looks worn out and the place is not appealing as it was before. View is fantastic especially at night when is dark. It needs a little work and effort to make it deserve 5 ⭐️

After being closed for renovations I figured how much fun it would be to finally bring out of town guests to see this amazing place overlooking St Pete Beach with amazing service and sunset.. well there was no service! We sat at A table along the railing where I usually sat before the renovation… no service,??? A bunch of people are sitting at the tables looking all around watching the bartenders and servers standing around not telling anyone that all the tables along the railing no longer have service. And yet the staff are standing around talking to each other..The rooftop doesn’t open up until 4 PM however the bathrooms were not attended to there was no toilet paper, no soap, The outdoor couches are disgusting, a year after renovations are you kidding me?!

Stunning 360° view depending on where you sit. There are two bars on this floor. One facing the gulf and the other the strip. 3/4 of the floor allow you to order drinks and a limited appetizer menu while the other 1/4 permits you to order food from Spinners one floor above.

I called. They are remodeling and won't be open until this fall 2021.
They do not accept reservations. You might have to wait for a table, but it moves pretty quickly. Get there early if you want a table for sunset.
They have a few specials. But not a happy hour per se.
When is windy they close the umbrellas. If it is raining then it is closed (I am not so sure about the bar by the elevator though).
It's a open bar, the restaurant Spinners will mostly take reservations, especially during season.
This is Florida, so when we're in season you should call any restaurant and ask if they do reservations. For those who don't know what season is its the time after Christmas to April when our population doubles our so with all the snow birds coming down making most restaurants very busy especially during the weekends
