Rooms are older, spartan. Bed was comfortable, however bathroom sink was dirty. Sanitizer seal on toilet was (I think) recycled, not actual. Breakfast was better than ok. Nice lobby

We had reserved a room on the hotels website and when we arrived they said we did not have a reservation even though we had an email confirming our reservation. They finally got us a room but it smelled and was very dirty. Beds were cleaned but there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Breakfast was skimpy with only scrambled eggs, bacon, toast and cold cereal. The next day we went to go swimming and was told the pool was under maintenance and closed. Really bad experience at this hotel. Would not recommend staying here.

The room was spacious and clean. Totally took advantage of the whirlpool in the room and it was like a night of total relaxation. The bed was comfortable and super "poofy" like they always have their beds. Didn't bat an eye that I had my service dog there. 🐕🦺 The breakfast was not the most magnificent one ever but they did have cold cereal that I like there. Pretty great experience over all

Check in was fine at 1030pm on a Friday night. Saturday morning there was supposed to be a hot breakfast but most everything was gone. There was nobody at the service/front desk at all. Called corporate and they said nobody was on duty right now. There was a used rubber glove in the peephole from the inside of the room and someone else's room key on top of the TV stand.

I would assume you do as most hotels require this to insure damage to the unit is covered in the unlikely event it i occurs. A credit card usually covers this amount as it is normally around $500.00. This deposit is never taken out of your account unless the hotel assesses damage to the property by you. Broken furniture, doors, beds or stolen items like tv's ,irons, bedding, etc.
Hi I'm the Asst. Manager. Our check in is 3 pm and check out is 11 am. If you are early to town please call and if your room is ready we can vet you in. If you are looking to try and get in before 1 pm there is a minimal fee for early check in. I hope this helps with your question.
Either call the hotel or if you used an app or website to book the room then log back into it and edit your preferences. Most apps will have a complete list of amenities to choose from but if you're looking for something specific and it's not listed then you can inquire about it or put in a request by going through the same app or site you used to book the room, then click on "update preferences", and then click on the "add a note" tab/button. Staff is normally good about responding in a timely manner.
