Slimey, refried chicken with no semblance of crisp. Mac n cheese that looks, smells, and tastes like it is a week+old. Mashed potatoes impeccably bland, dry, and inedible. This place sucks!!!?

Horrible experience. Very unprofessional and food was cold. Came into the store and no one was in front of me. High school girl just standing there with air pods in her ear just jammin away (can’t tell you her name as she didn’t have a name tag on). After waiting patiently to place my order, I had to ask her was she ready to take it! With an attitude she took it then another 8 min wait to get my food. Mind you nothing needed to be cooked. This used to be a super solid location and I will not allow this to ruin a usually positive kfc experience at other locations. Avoid this one as I will. And they wonder why Popeyes next door is always busy and they are not.

Ordered via app arrived to a filthy door walked in to no greeting at all the entire time I was waiting. I said thank you when my food was slung into pick up bin to no reply. If I hadn’t already paid I would have just left.

This is my last time going there and will never go back ever again. They give us the left over double deep fried chicken. The worst kfc ever. Better double check ur orders before left the restaurant.
