That is my church that I am joining. They are very caring and loving. It is a non denominational Christian Church. They have prayer meetings at 8:25 at the church on Sunday. They do have a 9:00 AM service on Sundays and an 11:00 AM Sunday Service. The Pastor has a prayer meeting at 7:00 PM on the second Tuesday of the month either at the Pastor's home or in the church. They also have home in people's homes and discipleship groups too. They have children's church and youth groups too. The church is 5 blocks from my home so I walk there using my walker so In front of the church on 5th Avenue North and 28th Street North they do have a ramp for people who use walkers or wheel chairs. This is the church for everyone if you are looking for a church. You can't miss the church. It is a big red brick building with a cross on top. You will see signs that reads The Local Church with the times of our services.

Pastor Daryn has a passion for worship and expository Biblical teaching. It's a young church plant associated with Gulf Coast Community Church, Acts 29, and Leader's Collective. I had a great experience. I enjoyed the contemporary worship and practical teaching. I also like the fact that there are quite a number of young families and yet it is still generationally diverse

I've "church hopped" for a few years since moving to St Petersburg, and Local Church is the community of Christ followers that my husband and I have been looking for. The fellowship here is authentic, not forced. The messages are theologically intricate, yet easy to follow along. This community is eager to share the Gospel with their neighbors here in St Pete. I have been there since day one of their first service and always leave on Sundays feeling equipped, humbled, and loved.
