Tanner, made it awesome! Actually beat booking.com price, as well as received an early check-in time. The room was clean, with a private entrance (tuck back in corner) + was able to walk to restaurants & beach (just across Gulf Blvd.). Would def stay here again, & Tanner is an asset & a keeper!

Amazing service. Rooms were very clean,spacious, affordable and very very equipped to stay an entire week! From plates to cooking utensils. I cannot say enough about the staff. Helped with everything. Lol even though we didn’t ask 😂 it was awesome ! These guys are there to make sure your stay is amazing. By the way….. their boat slips and docks ❤️🔥😍😍. We’re great!!! Lots of room for boats and a great dock to relax with the family. Pics will speaks them selves. Bars, food and everything else you can thing of walking distance. A Publix, pharmacy and so many other stores just steps away ! Sheldon is by far the best property manager !!! Thank you !!

Fantastic. What more could you ask for? Beach front, 2 heated pools, outdoor bar, Big decks which you can fish from. Kitchenette. Both staff and guests were very pleasant. Location excellent. We had a lot of fun.

The trolley is run by PSTA; there are different lines and different operating hours. The Bayview and the Bay Palms both have certain rooms that are designated "pet friendly." Up to two pets can be in each room. The pet fee is $25.00 per pet per night, maximum of two pets with a weight limit of 50 lbs. For guest staying more than two weeks the max fee is $375.00 per pet. There is also a refundable $50.00 cash deposit per pet due at check-in which will be refunded at check-out once the room has been inspected.
Do not remember the nanes, but one is a mid-rise on the beach. The other is next door to Bay Palms across the street and both are on the intercoastal waterway. Mid-rise has a beachside pool you could access last I was there.. All have one check-in desk at the mid-rise.
