1 minute from Indian Rocks Beach which is great! Located in walking distance to a few restaurants as well, which is convenient. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The room is spacious with a mini kitchen. I was impressed with the bathroom and the hot water. I love the scenery and the amenities that this property offers. Water park and mini golf is great for a family vacation. I will definitely be back!

Hotel is very run down and overall dirty. The rooms are musty smelling, the bathroom smells of urine and the carpet is old and in desperate need of replacing. The bathroom had hair and mold in the sink 🤢. I would never recommend or stay here again. The cost is not worth it. 20.00 a day to park was a surprise because i couldn’t find anything on their site. The water park is not included so for those with children be prepared to pay extra. There is a basic hotel pool to use. The restaurant had good drinks and music.

We have stayed at this hotel every year for at least 6 years now. In the past they always upgraded us to a suite because of our Platinum IHG status, but now they charge $75 to $100 more a night to upgrade to a suite from a standard room. Parking used to be free, but as of last year they charge $20 a night now. We really do like this hotel a lot and enjoy the area but it is in need of upgrading. Last November when we stayed we stayed in an updated one bedroom suite on the water for no extra cost, which was a lot better than the studio we stayed in this time, which was not updated. They have a lot more rooms to upgrade as the hotel is fairly large. The bathrooms are the most noticeable where the fixtures are rusting and aging and the showerheads and fixtures are in need of replacing. We had some of our neighbors and friends join us and they each got the rooms that they booked, but our neighbors were offered to upgraded to the water side (same room type) for an extra $50 a night. They paid it. Overall we really enjoy this hotel and the amenities but the extra cost of upgrades and parking are a nuisance. The beds however are very comfortable. Hopefully in the future IHG will get this hotel updated and if you are an IHG platinum member hopefully someday we will be able to book the room we want with our rewards rather than having to be upgraded every time to get the room we want.

CAUTION!!! Read before booking I recently visited Holiday Inn Clearwater Beach S Harbourside. The closet in my room smelled of urine. I asked the employee at the front desk if anything could be done. I was told that I would have to wait until morning to have anything done. So they let me use the Lysol can from the employee restroom to cover the smell. The next morning I inquired again to have the issue resolved, along with fresh towels, coffee and the trash to be removed. When I returned to the room that evening, none of the tasks had been completed. Finally, they offered a machine to be placed in the closet (while we are trying to get our children ready for bed). I declined, letting them know of my frustrations that nothing had been completed. Later that evening, my towels and coffee were replaced, but the trash and dirty towels remained so I placed them outside my door. I was initially told by the staff that I would be compensated for our troubles, but that was not offered. I was told that since booked the room through booking.com, I could not be reimbursed. I was told that again by the manager. Only after contacting the GM of the hotel was I offered any kind of compensation. 25,000 IHG points, which appears to be the equivalent of $50. The price of my stay was comparable to staying at the Grand Floridian Hotel at Disney World the week after Christmas (I actually paid $6 more/night at Holiday Inn). The room, employees or customer service unfortunately did not compare to that experienced at Disney.

My most recent stay was in a studio and it had a kitchenette
Everything you could possibly need is a short drive up Walsingham Rd. Within short walking distance, there is a CVS pharmacy, beach store, candy shop and several restaurants and bars, and a public access way to the beach. The location is ideal!
No. You must pay extra. There is a small pool for guests though.
Very close - about three blocks. Probably a 5 minute walk to the public beach access. There is also some parking at the beach access if you need to drive.
Yes, there is both boat rental & fishing available nearby. Fun for all!
I saw people had a small wedding there. The hotel has a small convention building next to pool.
I believe there is dock space for a fee your best bet is calling the hotel directly and speak to the front desk im sure they can help you
