Condo is beautiful. We're on the eighth floor with beautiful views of the waterway and gulf. Perfect location for walking to restaurants and beach. The condo is beautifully appointed. We're looking forward to our stay.

It seems a little unfair to me that they only give you 2 daily passes to enter. their water parks when I come with my wife and my 2 children and the other 2 passes we have to pay for them while we are staying in the same hotel they should give us passes for all I do because nobody talks about it in the comments and also the kitchen utensils They are very low in quality and sometimes they do not serve the truth, the hotel makes me very poor because of what they charge

They are dealing with limited staff, poor attitudes because they're stretched thin. It winter in Florida, rooms with working thermostats are dirty and clean rooms have no heat. Maintenance is nice, but didn't fix the problem. There are so many places to book in the area.... its a shame they have failed to maintain quality.

Beautiful view of a water park you CANT USE!!!! We have 8 people in our room and got 4 passes. How am I supposed to chose who gets to have fun at the water park and who doesn’t? It says nothing online about not getting enough passes for everyone in the room. It also fails to mention that you take out your own trash, change your own sheets, get your own toilet paper, wash their towels for you to reuse, and there’s about 20 parking spots for the whole hotel so you have to park half a mile away. I don’t mind having to clean up my own mess of course but I paid a lot of money to VACATION here and it feels more like I’m still at home with the beach across the street. Would’ve chose somewhere better if I would’ve known all of this before hand. Also called to complain and they said they were a hotel and not a resort, Never been to a hotel where you have to do everything for yourself and don’t get a pool to swim in. I’d get better room service at the motel 6, at least I get clean sheet every night.
