This was the best storage experience I've ever had. Danny is awesome & helped us so much... he and the other sales agent made sure we had everything that we needed. The facilities are super clean and very nice. They even have a push cart dolly in every building to help you move your items! I'm so glad that we decided on Extra Space Storage in Placentia. Highly recommend...would give 10 stars if I could!

***Update 4/22*** It wouldn’t let me make another review. So i just finished my time with this location. I was with them since December. The whole time they were so nice. I told them that I might not be able to get all my stuff out in time (I did) and they offered me an extra 2 days to move my stuff out. Super grateful to them and would definitely recommend them to anyone going thru a tough time. Very friendly staff especially Ali super friendly and helpful. Very easy to apply online.
