The staff were punctual, fast, and very personable. I was fortunate to have locked on a time a lot within 2 days of calling and did not mind the drive from San Diego —as it would have taken a month to be seen. The images were seen in real time on the patient portal and the impression from the diagnostics team was visible in 3 days. Everything was downloadable, making it easy to get results to doctors .

Good people, very nice. In and out didn't wait more then 5 minutes after I Finished my paperwork. I had an MRI and technician was very nice and explained everything as he went. Thanks for the quick and very happy or positive vibe from the staff. It's great to see people smiling at their job. Highly recommend if you want to actually have people keep an appointment time. 2 thumbs up and 5 stars.

I will never come back to this location again. Twice with my visit to this office where they had long sign in lines with the staff operating with a very relax, jovial manner. I arrived at my appointment on time and they got to me 18 minutes later and told me the techs canceled my appointment. Unbelievable since I arrived on time and they didn't check the front to see we cannot move faster than check in desk operates. This is unacceptable and I have opted to find alternative imaging companies to go to. Twice this has happened and and a waste of my time.

The staff is very nice and my overall experience was good. However this is their new location and they are going to keep the original décor that came with this new location. . Has no one noticed how strange the décor in this place is?. It looks like a dark weird cave with strange lighting and everything. It creeped me out. Then when I went into the imaging room it smelled like sickness and it was really warm and stuffy inside. No fresh air. I think they need to consider their décor, the cleanliness and the air circulation. I went in for my MRI right after a lady came out of the room. The bed you lay on was still warm from her and it smelled really sick in there.
