I appreciate these people so much you don't even know. They've been able to help me with all my home improvement needs every single time I stopped by. Look, I can be a handful at times but never one complaint have I ever overheard behind my back and believe me, I pay attention. I prefer Lowe's over Home Depot probably because the other guys like to cater to the pro's. FYI, I have worked wearing the orange apron before and I still prefer Lowe's. That's saying something y'all. Hit em up when you need to get something for the house yeah? Oh and I love their free Wifi.

Lowe's is a home improvement store, Period! If you're looking for a replacement part like a faucet handle you are not going to find it at Lowe's, they want you to buy a whole new faucet that needs to be welded. Pickens are slim they're eliminating a lot of products. Ended up going to Home Depot to get what I was looking for.

John was such an awesome help!! I'm so impressed by how quickly he was able to get the products off the shelf for me, an even brought me a basket for my items. He was kind, generous, and he seems like he enjoys helping people. He should get a raise or the company should do something nice for him. When the staff takes care of the customers, the staff should be very well taken care of. I've never been to a Lowes before, and he made my whole experience great! I will definitely recommend your store, and come back! Thank you so much for hiring great people like John! He is most definitely an asset to your company, please take good care of him! :)

Wife and I are remolding our restroom. We been to Home Depot and always go to Home Depot just because it’s close to my home, but seems like we can never get help there. So we decided to give Lowe’s a try. Wow we were impressed with the employees. Ivan stands out the most from plumbing area. He was helping several people. I actually felt bad he was helping at least 5 people including me. He got me the things I needed and recommend some things. I wasn’t thinking of spending $600+ of stuff that day but I did because if Ivan lol great job Lowe’s and Ivan. Bought tile cutter machine, tile that was heavy till Ivan came and helped, the big boards that go underneath the tile.. man lots of items. Wife and I said let’s go see some stuff. Haha ended up buying lots of things. Also another gentleman told me they will have work shop next week were they teach things like restroom tiles installation. thanks again Ivan. I will definitely do the 25 min drive to Lowe’s because of the better customer service. I’ll try and post the finishing pictures. All items I’m buying at Lowe’s.
