I usually go to the location in Chino Hills! Best service ever! First time at the one in Upland and worst experience ever! I never ever leave a good or bad review anywhere so this is saying a lot! Poor couple in front of me was complaining about being lost and nobody answering the phone so they got there super late! Some people are not good with technology so maybe they needed someone to answer the phone and guide them! Well by the time they were done and two others in front of me to sign in I was considered late!!!!! My fault was I forgot a mask but there were other patients coming out without a mask! So, if I came back in fifteen minutes they could see me but my treatment would be shorten! Same price!!! If I get a discount for a shorter time then I will do it but it was just ridiculous!

Dermatologist here was fantastic. Skilled, communicated well, cordial. Front desk service was the opposite. Textbook poor patient experience. Otherwise, would have given 5 stars.

This place is terrible. I have been waiting for a prescription to get a pre-authorization for almost 4 months. Then got a call that said it never needed a pre-authorization at all????? And each time I called, it was, oh I have to send it to the person in the back to double check, or I don’t see it. And to get a hold of them is an absolute nightmare. They’d call me during my work hours and then when I would call back, I’d be on hold for 30+ minutes. It’s literally like playing phone tag! I will not be returning here.

Nov. 2021-Dr. Britney is FANTASTIC! Her staff is AMAZING! Was my first visit today and I am so pleased and grateful for such an attentive Doctor! She is absolutely AMAZING! Krista was so nice and on her game! Danielle was perfect! Adella(I hope I spelt her name prop.) was so nice and made me feel calm and at ease! I will be going back to Dr. Britney!!🙌🏻💯 She was so personable and made me feel like a person, not a problem. It was so pleasant! I love her!✨ She is magic!!!! Call now- go see her! She and her staff will take care of you!! 💞✨💫 Jan 2022- UPDATE: I have had my 2nd visit now. This was surgery to take something off of my neck / chest. Dr.Britney is phenomenal absolutely the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure to experience! I am so comfortable in her presence. She made me feel at ease. Her touch is so caring. The world needs to know of this woman! This doctor will ALWAYS have my vote. She is forever my Doctor. I absolutely am grateful I have found her. She is professional, careing, truthful, honest, her heart just shines. I can respect THIS in a woman/Doctor. I'm blessed to have found her. Just give her (1) visit. Just (1)! You will see! My next visit is in 2 weeks. I will update then as well. I hope she reads this because her and her staff are FANTASTIC and I'll scream it from the mountain tops.
