This car wash was the place that I went to for quality car care. Since I have been to other new car washes now this one is run down and doesn't do a very good job. The employees don't really seem to care anymore and they have been closed numerous times that I have tried to use them at 5:50 p.m. I am canceling my membership and going somewhere else.

I have been going here for years. I don’t know if they changed hands or what. 1st issue I paid for the best one time wash $59.99. I wanted my leather seats treated. They charged me $30.00 additional for a hand wash instead. They did not do that. They did my front seats but not the back. Windows all have a film on them now. Also multiple bugs left on car. Not a good job vacuuming either. I am not a nit picker but for $89.99 I expect my car to be clean. It is not. I will not return unless I am contacted by management. This was terrible. I was told to get my seats clean the car would have to be hand washed. They used to do the top wash, armor all everything and clean and treat leather seats. They also used a spray on wax and wiped off by hand for $64.00. I understand prices go up. Quality should not. This is the worse experience I’ve had here in 10 years period.

Got a car wash. The machine missed alot of dirt and didn't clean the wheels even a little bit. I practically had to wash the car again when I got home. Pals car wash completely ripped me off. Lexus NX 200

You have a thief working for you. After having items go missing from our vehicle, I will never go back. Paid $60 for the service, tipped and additional $10, then realized 2 items, totaling over $350 were gone from our vehicle. Called to discuss with the Manager and was told no one admitted to anything. I asked to please have the owners name and contact number, to which he couldn't provide. The manager took my information and I was told the owner would call me. No phone call yet..... I was able to find the owners information and sent two messages via social media. No response.
