I went through around 6pm today. I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for years now and was surprised by how rude they redhead with glasses was to me today at the second window. At first I was like, “It’s whatever.” When she wouldn’t speak a word to me and looked very annoyed like she didn’t want to be there. She then was trying to charge me for sauces and I had never been charged for them before. Maybe if she would have had a good attitude, I would have understood, but I honestly never want her business again. The brunette at the first window was a sweet heart though. Maybe the other one shouldn’t be around people.

Arrived at 1:05AM and sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 min before then driving around the building and coming back in order to set off the sensor. Observed 2 employees standing in the parking lot smoking cigarettes and then after a few more minutes someone came over the speaker and said they were closed at the moment. Asked worker smoking cigarette if they were actually closed and she said that they did not have enough people working. There were for sure 3 people working, but 2 of them were too busy standing in the parking lot smoking cigarettes to take care of the customer. This is absurd. Please hire better employees or change your hours since you “don’t have enough employees” or you have employees that are more concerned about their cigarettes than paying customers.
