We were looking for a white 2022 Volvo XC40 T5 R Design, and we’re having trouble locating what we wanted. We had talked to Elizabeth, and all they had at the time was a gray one. Elizabeth was so amazing. She called us and let us know they had received exactly what we were looking for. We made an appointment with her to drive it, and she was so accommodating. We took it for a drive and sealed the deal. Elizabeth was such a delight to work with, and her knowledge of the process was exceptional. This was by far the best car buying experience ever!! Thank you again, Elizabeth, for making things so easy!

Run, no drive, from this place as fast as possible. I found that they flagrantly disregarded covid protocols even when county regulation and the supervisors did not appear to me to care. More importantly, the new electric SUV I purchased has several defects within days of purchase and I can't get a service appointment for over 5 weeks. When I complained to corporate, they said it was up to Galpin; i.e. this was acceptable to them. Ironically, their advice was to make an appointment. In addition, the sales team failed to submit the paperwork they said they would for the HOV lane. By far, by far, the biggest mistake I have ever made in buying a car. I would suggest any other car maker.

Went there to Test Drive a Polestar 2 about 2 weeks ago and Andrea was just incredible! She literally went out of her way to ensure my dad and I could see all that car had to offer! Additionally the response time between me asking a question and Andrea responding or calling me back is outstanding service! I’ve already recommended 2 additional people to speak with Andrea personally as she is an amazing rep!
