Ingles is a nice clean store. Most stuff they sell is over priced compared to Food City. Some things is cheaper at Ingles than Food City. They have a pretty good selection of DVDs. Obviously they also have self checkout. I have only been in this Ingles a few times.

Staff is always helpful, great manners , and so very down to earth. Checking out is always pretty quick , and they always ask certain things like would you like this bagged ect. And double bagged drinks and cans and such. This grocery store is the ONLY place I shop at. Meat dept always has fresh cuts and the freshest steaks and seafood. I've never went in and couldn't find what was on my list.

I just wanted to say that the general manager, Ken, is a fine manager. I called the store at 6:59 p.m. on Christmas Eve (they closed in a minute) and told him a ham I had purchased for Christmas dinner was ruined in the package. He told me to bring it over in a rush and he’d handle it. Got several holiday wishes in the store when I came. No issues at all exchanging the ham. He’s a credit to the agency as well as Antonio and the others who greeted me at the door. Merry Christmas to all. Thanks, Ken.
