Omg I call it the crusty cab 🚖 the guy looked like ge was on math and hasn't bathed in weeks the windows didn't roll down and the air didn't work and the guy kept chain smoking cigs the whole ride and charged us 90 dollars for a one way ride to Knoxville from Madisonville the car is a 1994 model and I'm pretty sure he probably don't even have insurance . he kept playing music from the 80s which was fine and he let me charge my phone up for a bit he was careful driving tho so thats the plus ➕ I give the crusty cab service a 2 outta 5

I called the number listed on google, the number texted me and asked for the location I need to be taken to ,I provided them with this, they then told me it would be 30 minutes. No big deal right? Well after about an hour of waiting,which is a big deal bc I run a small business that’s depends on local taxis and Uber and lyfts so they can be moved around, I called no answer. I called again no answer they then texted and said the dogs are out call Bonnie?? I said who’s Bonnie? They told me to not calll again to walk. Very rude and unprofessional people here please do not use.

Have used them twice so far. Best Taxi in Athens area. Ive had two different drivers. Both were nice, and we had good conversation. I would honestly recommend them. Thank you guys for being there when I needed you! You have no idea how much your service helps people. Keep up the great work!
